Staging by Amie is growing, adding new services
At Home Staging by Amie we are excited to be on the
grow and are expanding our services. With this expansion, we are taking
our team approach to the next level.
The Home Staging by Amie team now includes a painter, carpenter and handyman. These new additions enable us to provide turn key
services to our clients.
During the last month, my team and I
have been very busy completing two very lengthy and involved home staging
jobs.
St. Martinville Home
In May, I was contacted by a friend of a friend and asked if I would be willing to do an estate sale. I agreed and began the most lengthy home staging job we have
ever undertaken.
The estate sale took place the last
week of June. This is when the homeowner realized how outdated the home
was and in sore need of "sprucing up." With the house virtually empty, I
began picking paint colors, changing light fixtures and modernizing the
kitchen of the 45 year old St. Martinville ranch.
Of course, the unexpected happened.
We found termites. After demolition and replacement of the entire affected
area, we were back on track. The house is now beautifully painted,
the kitchen has been completely updated with new countertops, painted
cabinets, and a new dishwasher.
The home is located at 310 Oak St.
in St. Martinville and is being marketed by Renee Bourg with Remax
Acadiana. The pictures speak for themselves.
